Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Circle X is operated by Circulus X Social – FZCO, a UAE free zone company licensed in Dubai Silicon Oasis. By submitting an application to Circle X and proceeding with the deposit payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Circle X is a private membership network. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of Circle X. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

3. Application Deposit

Upon submission of your application, an authorisation hold (deposit) is placed on your payment method for the amount corresponding to your selected membership tier: Circle ($400), X tier ($1,000), or No-One ($10,000). This hold does not constitute a charge.

If your application is approved, the deposit will be captured and applied to your first year of membership.

If your application is not approved, the authorisation hold will be released in full and no funds will be transferred. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the hold may take up to 7 business days to clear from your statement.

4. Annual Membership Fees

Approved members are enrolled in an annual membership. Membership fees are charged annually on the anniversary of your approval date. Failure to pay the annual renewal fee will result in suspension of access to member services. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Member Conduct

Members must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of Circle X. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership, without refund of any paid membership fees, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other members or to the integrity of the membership.

6. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on Circle X servers. By submitting a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal). Circle X does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://circlex.social/privacy. By submitting an application you consent to that processing.

8. Identity Verification

Approved applicants may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their member account is activated. Identity verification is conducted by a third-party provider. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of membership and, where applicable, the deposit amount.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Circle X platforms — including design, copy, and member-facing interfaces — is the property of Circle X and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circle X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your membership or use of Circle X services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Circle X in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of Dubai Silicon Oasis, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved only in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Circle X services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
